The EU authorised representative reseller discount for agencies at Eldris is the same partner rate on every Responsible Person line, EU and UK alike, with no volume tier: the first client and the hundredth are priced the same. The partner rate replaces the website's multi-market bands; the two never stack. The same code covers cosmetics, EPR registration and the consultation.
Amazon enforces the Responsible Person rule with listing suppression across its EU marketplaces. The agency asked to fix the suppression is the one that names the Responsible Person, and Eldris's certificate reaches the client within 60 minutes of onboarding.

Can an agency resell the Eldris Responsible Person at its own price?
Yes. The agency sets what it charges its client; it pays Eldris the partner price and presents Eldris as the appointed Responsible Person.
Does the agency need a minimum number of clients?
No. The partner rate applies from the first order; portal access for the agency's team follows from 10 clients a month for 2 months.
Is the Eldris partner programme white label?
No. Eldris is the named Responsible Person or registrant and issues the certificate in its own name; the partner is a referral partner and says so to its clients.
What does the partner code do?
Entered with your own email on any Eldris order page, it prices the order at the partner rate, in pounds, and makes the Responsible Person one yearly payment instead of a monthly plan.
Where are the partner prices?
In the partner price list, sent by email with the partner code when an application is approved. They are not published on the websites.
Which services are at the partner rate?
The EU and UK Responsible Person, the cosmetics lines Eldris performs itself (CPSR, PIF, CPNP) and every EPR registration line. The compliance consultation, the CPSR review and cosmetics variations are at the public price; scheme and authority fees are passed through at cost.
Who pays Eldris?
The partner pays at onboarding, by card or by bank transfer against a GBP invoice; Eldris takes no payment from the partner's clients.
Who does Eldris deal with?
Only the partner. Eldris does not contact the partner's clients; messages reach them through the partner, or through the portal once the partner's team is set up there.
Does the partner need an agreement?
Nothing is required to start. If the partner sends an agreement, Eldris signs it.
When can the partner's team use the Eldris portal?
From 10 clients a month for 2 months, Eldris sets the team up as partner users who see their own clients only.
What happens if a client's SKU count grows mid-year?
The Responsible Person tier is upgraded pro rata for the rest of the year; the next yearly payment is at the new tier.
